Free tracked shipping to the US and Canada. No duties, no import fees.

Cost: Free on every order to the United States and Canada.

Where we ship from: Orders are packed and dispatched from Vita Green's facility in Hong Kong, where our products are made.

Dispatch: Within 2 working days of your order (Hong Kong working days; not weekends or public holidays).

Delivery: 4–5 working days in transit by tracked courier after dispatch, so most orders arrive within 5–7 working days. Delays can occur around holidays or during customs inspection; we'll keep you updated by email.

Duties and taxes: The price you pay at checkout is the total. Any import duties or customs charges are covered by us — you will never be asked to pay extra on delivery.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address requirements: We deliver to street addresses only (no PO boxes). Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or refused delivery, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or re-shipment.

Customs description: Parcels are labelled "Dietary supplement / Health products".
